By accessing and using TenantLink (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Tenancy LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Description of Service
TenantLink is a property management platform that facilitates communication and services between property managers, residents, and service providers. Our services include:
- Maintenance request management
- Package tracking and notifications
- Community announcements and communications
- Event management and RSVP tracking
- AI-powered concierge services
- Professional service booking
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Content & IP

Maintenance and Service Requests
When you submit maintenance requests through our platform:
- You authorize us to share request details with property management and service providers
- You agree to provide accurate descriptions and allow reasonable access for repairs
- We are not responsible for the quality or timeliness of maintenance services provided by third parties
- Emergency requests should also be reported directly to property management
Payment Terms
Some features of our Service may require payment. When you purchase paid services:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
Disclaimers
Service provided "as is"
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Liability Limits

Indemnification
User indemnifies Tenancy LLC
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenancy LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
